Job Overview 综述:

The Digital Specialist and MarCom Coordinator supports the MarCom Leader and collaborates closely with the Marketing Communications team. This role involves event planning, managing marketing materials, supporting campaigns, providing administrative support, and handling digital marketing tasks.

Responsibilities 职责:
  • Event Support: Plan and execute regional events, including trade shows, conferences, and customer events. Coordinate logistics, manage event materials, and ensure successful event execution.
  • Marketing Materials: Organizes and coordinates marketing collateral such as brochures, digital content, whitepapers and showcases. Ensures consistency in branding and messaging across all materials, initiates and coordinates regular reviews and updates with key stakeholders, and conducts materials gap analysis based on the strategic guidance
  • Campaign Support: Assists in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns. Monitors campaign performance and provides feedback for improvements.
  • Social Media: Manage digital engagement ecosystems and innovate with livestreams, campaigns, and interactive formats that align with local norms. Create and schedule social media posts. Identify opportunities to promote and share relevant content.
  • Digital Tools: Organize, manage, and optimize digital platforms and tools. Ensure seamless integration and operation of various digital applications.
  • Data Management: Manages data within the DAM system, ensuring proper tagging and organization. Guarantee correct content distribution to connected platforms and maintain data quality.
  • Project Management: Supports digital projects from campaign related projects to transitioning projects related to a change in the digital approach. Manage vendor relationship, budget tracking and etc.
  • Analytics: Utilize analytics tools to monitor and report on campaign performance. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations.

  • Process & Tool Affinity: Ability to quickly adapt to changes in the digital landscape and learning/understanding new tools and process flows and their interconnections

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
