- 负责软件系统解决方案的设计、评审及合规性验证。
- 指导并引领开发团队构建符合企业标准的高质量软件系统。
- 推动企业软件治理规范的落地与实施。
任职要求:
- 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历,5年以上工作经验,其中至少2年架构设计相关经验。
- 精通微服务架构、分布式系统设计及云原生技术栈(Azure/Ali Cloud)。
- 熟悉架构治理流程,具备TOGAF认证者优先。
- 具备独立分析复杂问题并提出系统性解决方案的能力。
- 逻辑思维清晰,沟通协作能力强,能高效推动跨团队协作。
- 英语口语流利,能胜任跨语言文化团队协作。
- 拥有持续学习能力及极强的自我驱动力,适应快速变化的技术环境。
软技能:
- 优秀的团队协作与项目管理能力。
- 对技术趋势敏感,能主动优化架构设计与治理流程。
