Job Description:
岗位职责：
- 负责微信、B站、小红书、抖音等各平台的日常内容创作与运营推广工作；
- 策划并执行新媒体平台线上内容及推广活动，提升用户活跃度和覆盖率，增强品牌与用户的互动体验；
- 产生营销精准化的推广内容，包括文章、视频、线上直播等；
- 挖掘各行业媒体、KOL的合作推广机会；
- 收集并分析各平台的运营数据，持续优化运营策略；
岗位要求：
- 本科及以上学历；
- 1-3年相关工作经验，熟悉新媒体运营流程和平台规则；
- 良好的内容创作能力，丰富的新媒体平台运营和推广经验；
- 具有较强的市场敏感度，能够准确把握市场动态和用户需求；
- 良好的中英文口语和书写能力，能与不同国际和地区的，不同部门的同事协同合作
- 自驱力强，注意细节，团队合作能力强
