Mission of the Role
As the Site Leader for a strategic client, you will be fully responsible for relationship management, business development, and cross-regional team coordination. By deepening strategic cooperation, optimizing service processes, and uncovering potential opportunities, you will drive sustainable growth in sales and profit margins, reinforcing our position as a strategic partner in the client’s water treatment solutions.

What you will do
1. Strategic Client Management 战略客户管理
- Gain deep understanding of the client’s business layout, operational model, and decision-making chain; develop and execute long-term strategic cooperation plans.
- Regularly engage with senior client stakeholders to identify key needs and pain points, promote solution implementation, and enhance client loyalty.
- Monitor business dynamics across client branches to ensure market share and identify opportunities in new application/business.
- 深入理解客户的业务布局、运营模式及决策链条,制定并执行长期战略合作计划。
- 定期与客户高层对接,识别关键需求与痛点,推动解决方案落地,提升客户黏性。
- 了解客户各分支机构的业务动态,确保我司产品和方案在客户端占有率,并挖掘新应用/新业务的潜在机会。
2. Achievement of Performance Targets 业绩目标达成
- Set and break down annual sales and profit margin targets for the client; coordinate regional teams to ensure execution.
- Use marketing analysis to identify growth bottlenecks and adjust resource allocation strategies to ensure sustained high growth.
- 客户的年度销售额与利润率目标的制定与分解,调度协调确保各区域团队执行落地。
- 通过市场数据分析识别增长瓶颈,调整资源投入策略,保障业绩持续高增长。
3. Cross-Regional Collaboration Leadership 跨区域协同领导
- Collaborate with sales and service teams across districts to establish efficient cooperation mechanisms, ensuring consistent response to client needs and standardized service delivery.
- Organize regular cross-district review meetings to share best practices and optimize processes for improved operational efficiency.
- 协同各地区销售与服务团队,建立高效协作机制,确保客户需求响应一致性与服务标准化。
- 定期组织跨区域复盘会议,分享最佳实践,优化流程以提升运营效率。
4. Complex Problem Solving 复杂问题解决
- Address technical or commercial challenges in client site operations (e.g., fluctuations in chemical performance, contract disputes) by coordinating internal and external resources for rapid resolution.
- Anticipate changes in industry policies and competitive landscape; proactively develop risk mitigation plans.
- 针对客户现场运营中的技术或商务难题(如药剂效果波动、合同条款争议等),协调内外部资源快速闭环解决。
- 预判行业政策、竞争态势变化,提前制定风险应对方案。
5. Team Empowerment 团队赋能
- Develop teams’ business capabilities and client insights; enhance team effectiveness through goal management and incentive mechanisms.
- 培养区域团队的业务能力与客户洞察力,通过目标管理和激励机制提升团队战斗力。
Minimum Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Over 5 years of key account management experience in the petrochemical industry, preferably with direct service experience and familiarity with client organizational structures and decision-making processes.
- Professional Skills:
- Technical understanding of water treatment chemicals or chemical industry; ability to quickly learn product knowledge and industry trends.
- Strong business negotiation and contract management skills; experience leading projects valued over one million RMB.
- Leadership Traits:
- Skilled in cross-team collaboration and resource integration; proven success in leading non-authoritative teams to achieve goals.
- Resilient under pressure in complex and dynamic environments; capable of solving complex problems through systematic thinking.
行业经验:5年以上石化行业大客户管理经验,曾直接服务石化大客户并熟悉其组织架构与决策流程者优先。
- 专业能力:
- 具备水处理药剂或化工领域的技术理解力,能快速学习产品知识及行业趋势。
- 出色的商务谈判与合同管理能力,曾主导过百万级以上项目。
- 领导力特质:
- 擅长跨团队协作与资源整合,有带领非职权团队达成目标的成功案例。
- 在复杂多变的高压环境下保持韧性,能通过系统性思维破解复杂问题。
