Job Description:
- The SIP business analyst is accountable for coaching and assisting the business managers with the creation of sales incentive plans that drive the right selling behavior.
- Ensure full alignment with the Global SIP governance framework and the SIP calendar.
- Act as first line contact to answer SIP related questions from Business, HR and Finance.
