Mission：
To implement integrated business solutions to drive SHS's business growth for selected areas and business lines in Zone China.
Provide consulting services together with relevant teams to drive customer's success in selected region and business lines.
1. Implement a portfolio of business solutions by localizing global enterprise services' business models based on zone Healthineers' customer needs.
2. Implement zone-specific business solutions in assigned regions and business lines.
3. Leverage and integrate external partner's capability to drive exclusive solutions to differtiate Healthineers' products and services.
4. Drive business volume after implementation of solution and pilot programs.
5. Provide technical support and consulting on specific project to drive sales excellence.
6. Provide cross-functional training and conduct marketing promotion from ES side.
7. Cross functional teamwork to make every solution happen in a organized way.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years hybrid experience in clinical solution, or clinical marketing, or product marketing, product opration expert, solution marketing, or healthcare solutions experience (including hospital or medical operation) in either MNC, consulting, hospital or insurance.
- Familiarity with working within an international environment. Pro-active, self driven and ability to work independently within a dynamic and cross functional environment.
Education
Bachelor Degrees and above.
Medical or relevant degree is preferred.
Hospital experience is highly preferred.
