Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- 负责生产换型，调试设备参数、更换刀具，以满足产品的质量要求；
- 顶替缺岗人员完成生产任务；
- 记录所负责区域每日产量、停机和报废等数据，按照流程处理不良品；
- 协助线长完成点检、岗位临时调配；
- 发现安全和质量隐患及时向线长汇报；
- 生产过程中发生伤害及时告知线长；履行该岗位应履行的安全生产责任，确保所有工作符合公司安全规范及要求；
- 负责自动化生产区域设备的报警处理，并将异常情况及时通知工程部
- 其他管理层安排的工作。
Describe Desired Background/Experience
- 高中或以上学历；
- 熟悉设备的基本工作原理，了解设备的关键参数；
- 较强的责任心, 愿意轮班；
- 具备一定的沟通协调能力；
- 有较强的学习意愿;
- 良好的团队合作意识;
