Job Description
Position Purpose:
The Services Quality & OPS Process Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational processes and quality management within the organization. This role focuses on driving continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and enhancing customer satisfaction by optimizing operational processes.
How you will do it:
Support the execution efforts of the operational functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
Implement and monitor operational processes to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting business goals.
Manage performance metrics and develop action plans to address any deviations from targets.
Oversee the quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with company standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct regular process reviews and facilitate continuous improvement projects.
Ensure effective communication of operational updates and performance results to stakeholders.
Lead training initiatives to promote best practices in operations and quality management.
What we look for:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management within the HVAC service industry.
Strong understanding of quality management principles and methodologies.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple teams effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred:
Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
