工作职责:
1. 带领并引导团队主动为客户提供专业产品与顾问式销售服务,确保维保合同转签、续签、赢回、价优行动目标达成。
2. 关注无产出工地与OB健康度,提升人均台量和人均销售额,确保SER OR业务目标实现。
3. 推动销售与工地团队紧密合作,落实价值销售,提高服务价格与利润。
4. 管理监督分公司/地区办事处维保团队收款工作,确保公司应收账款及时回收。
5. 对维保服务质量与安全负责,推动团队以高质量服务水平和客户为中心的服务态度,持续提升客户满意度。
6. 带领团队通过管理优化与数字化工具加强分公司库存管理,依据服务台量建立合理备件库存以提升供应效率;规范备件借用、旧件返还,监督分公司及站点备件仓储管理符合标准化要求。
7. 负责维保团队人才管理,保障技能人才与管理人才储备充足;提升人员绩效与团队效能,确保地区维保团队竞争力。
岗位要求:
1.本科学历 ,机械、机电相关专业
2. 拥有电梯维修管理工作经验7年以上,具备客户关系管理工作经验。
3. 拥有扎实且现代化的电梯维保、建筑行业合同和管理方面的知识
