RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL:
This position is responsible for developing and executing vertical-specific marketing strategies across multiple target markets (Healthcare, Datacenter, Life Science, High-end Manufacturing, Smart Campus, etc.). The specialist will conduct market analysis, identify growth opportunities, and create targeted marketing programs to drive business growth in LCB China. This role requires strong analytical skills, cross-industry expertise, and the ability to collaborate with sales, BU and global teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Market Intelligence & Analysis
- Maintain vertical-specific market intelligence, including PAM (Potential Addressable Market), competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Monitor regulatory changes, technological advancements, and emerging opportunities across assigned verticals.
2. Segment Strategy & Positioning
- Develop Siemens’ unique value propositions tailored to each vertical market stakeholders, decision-makers, and ecosystem partners for targeted engagement.
3. Marketing Program Execution
- Create and implement vertical-specific marketing plans, campaigns, and sales enablement tools.
- Collaborate with global vertical teams, product sales enablement, domain business development and area sales to ensure alignment.
- Support industry events, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives to enhance Siemens’ market presence.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with sales, product, and digital teams to generate leads and drive customer engagement.
- Provide actionable insights on market trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities.
5. External Engagement
- Build relationships with industry associations, key opinion leaders, and strategic partners across verticals.
- Represent Siemens at relevant forums and conferences to strengthen brand authority.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or Marketing (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, strategic business development, or vertical management, preferably healthcare, datacenter, or life science sectors.
- Experience in multi-vertical marketing and familiarity with China’s regulatory and business landscape.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) and digital marketing platforms.
