As a Senior Technical Producer on VALORANT Mobile, you’ll help us build the foundation that will carry the game from internal build to global launch and beyond. You’ll be the connective tissue across teams as we integrate key technical solutions—from payment to login, anti-cheat to liveops tooling, across China and overseas markets. You’ll make sure we’re not just functional, but scalable, efficient, and prepared for the long haul.
This role is about technical orchestration at scale. From day-one system readiness to futureproofing for global live operations, your job is to help us build smart, ship clean, and adapt fast.

Responsibilities:
- Lead integration efforts for core system-level features, including account systems, payment, anti-cheat, telemetry, and other essential services.
- Define and prioritize the technical roadmap for future infrastructure and live services support.
- Drive coordination and planning across multiple teams to ensure seamless integration of Riot Platform services and third-party tools.
- Own planning and execution around major infrastructure upgrades, service optimization, and live operations issue resolution.
- Partner closely with developers, publishing stakeholders, and service owners to ensure technical solutions meet both product and player expectations.
- Build and maintain operational excellence for a mobile shooter live service—balancing scalability, maintainability, and performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience in technical production, software engineering, or related fields.
- 6+ years experience in a technical program/production/engineering management role, ideally on mobile games or live mobile services.
- Deep familiarity with mobile game tech stacks and platform requirements (payment, login, telemetry, compliance, etc.).
- Demonstrated success operating at scale, managing system integration and platform dependencies across global or regional launches.
- Experience running high-ambiguity, high-responsibility technical planning in live or pre-launch environments.
- Strong stakeholder communication and alignment-building across tech, product, and publishing functions.
- Proficient in Mandarin; capable of working in an English-first communication environment.
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior hands-on engineering experience.
- Experience in infrastructure, security/privacy, platform systems, or live operations support for global games.
- Experience managing both feature development and long-term tech debt in live service environments.
- Background in co-development and managing external technical partners.
- Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.

- 熟悉移动游戏的技术架构，了解支付、登录、数据上报、合规等系统集成类工作。
- 有在较大规模项目中推进系统集成与平台对接的经验，具备支持区域级或多市场版本上线的能力。
- 能够在高度不确定性中制定技术方案，统筹系统升级与平台演进。
- 具备优秀的跨职能协作与沟通能力，能够与技术、产品、发行等团队紧密协作。
- 中文流利，具备良好的英文读写与基础沟通能力。
