Job Description
- Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms.
- Optimize machine learning models for performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
- Lead and mentor a team of AI developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and address any technical or organizational challenges.
- Communicate project updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ Proven experience in AI development, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Experience with AI frameworks and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.
- Knowledge of data engineering and big data technologies.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
