Based in Guangzhou, you will responsible for develop and grow South China Ref business by identifying and following up business opportunities into cold room, retail segments. Engage closely with end users and contractors by providing system solutions and technical service
AS SENIOR SALES ENGINEER ,YOU WILL:
Sales activities
- Key accounts visit and follow up
- Monthly Ordering forecast and payment follow up
- Projects pursuit by engaging with end users and contractors
- Collaborate with training, service & AE team for customers’ technical development
New business opportunities development
- New products promotion and field test together with SRD and AE
- Identify potential customers by deeply understanding their needs and provide proper solutions
- Co-market with system partners to seek for end customers’ acceptance
Market research
- Involve with Marketing team into events of Road show, Technical salon
- Monitor and fast respond to regional market trend and competitors’ status
- Collect marketing data regularly
Technical support
- Independently carry out product training for customers
- Resolve basic technical problems initiatively and independently
- Collaborate with retail solution team to provide full solution
R EQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- Bachelor or above in HVAC major
- At least 5 years working experience in related field
- Knowledge of compressor and refrigeration system design is preferred
- Strong execution ability to achieve challenging target
- Good communication skills and experienced working with customers
- Good command of English and computer skills
- Good team player and able to work independently
- Willing to travel frequently
