Senior Sales Engineer
Your role
Mission
Your mission is to dig deep into customer needs, guide customers to improve Ecosystem solutions, promote all products, establish the business goal, and work with support departments to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Major Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform SWOT analysis for responsible territory market, collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback.
- Lead customer change, resolutely promote the Ecosystem program, and collaborate with ICA and support teams to promote more high-value solutions.
- Plan and organize sales activities, such as demo, seminars, WTL, line audits, solution presentation…etc. to find out customer needs and transform opportunities to order.
- Cooperate with customer and project team in customer project, collect customer’s needs, analyze the application and provide solution to satisfy customer with values.
- Cooperate with marketing team in market activities and market analysis.
- Cooperate with service, project to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Cooperate with Finance department to improve the performance of receivable & overdue.
- Build, maintain, broaden and strengthen good relationship with customers, distributors, and MTBs.
- Report timely and accurately in Salesforce.
- Continuously improve job required competence, personality and behavior.

- 在客户项目中与客户和项目团队合作,收集客户需求,分析应用并提供解决方案,以满足客户价值
- 在市场活动和市场分析中与市场部团队合作
- 与服务部和项目团队合作,实现客户满意度
- 与财务团队合作,改善应收账款和逾期账款的情况
- 建立、维护、扩大和加强与客户、分销商和线体商的良好关系
- 在Salesforce 系统中及时准确地报告
- 不断提高工作所需的能力和行为
To succeed, you will need
Education & Experience
- University degree or above with engineering background
- At least 3 years working experience as sales
- Industrial/machinery industry background is required
- Premium brands selling experience is required.
- Advanced training certification or relevant experience, such as project management (experience in operating large projects), contract and legal training (how to avoid and control risks, etc.) is required.
Knowledge & Skills
- Mechanical or electrical knowledge
- Key account management or area development skills
- Good communication skill and presentation skills
- Negotiation skills
- Interpersonal skills
- PC skill is a must.
- Good English skill both in spoken & written
