Skills and Competencies
§ Degree qualified in Pharmacy, Biology, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
§ Working experiences: Sales Consultant at least 3 years, Sr. Sales Consultant at least 5 years, preferred in Medical and Healthcare industry.
§ Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
§ Well-developed business analysis skills including opportunity and risk assessment.
§ Strong solutions knowledge with business understanding & market knowledge.
§ Good selling skills and customer orientated.
§ Good team work spirit and self-motivated
§ Basic influencing and communication skills, planning, administrative and coordinating skills
§ Develops basic understanding of product lines, customer segments and their needs, divisional/branch functions, and competitive products, prices and policies
§ Works from standard guidelines. Learns to modify or adapt behavior to changes in the situation or environment to reach a goal. Learns to examine available information in problem situations in order to determine the best solution
§ Cooperates closely with superior and/or experienced sales personnel in carrying out job functions. Receives frequent supervision.
