Ipsos Healthcare is currently recruiting for a Senior Executive within the Primary Research team in Shanghai. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with experienced healthcare market research managers and clinical consultants on integrated research solutioning to deliver comprehensive market insights to our clients in the healthcare industries.

Job Responsibilities
- Assists with the review and analysis of client requirements, business issues, and proposal development
- Develops detailed project setting up documentation and fieldwork specifications
- Write and deliver qualitative discussion guide
- Write and deliver quantitative survey
- Performs qualitative AND quantitative analyses to identify research insights, develop business solutions, and write reports
- Assists market research managers and clinical consultants in design and structures of presentations
- Develops broad knowledge of market research services and methodologies, as well as pharmaceutical and medical device market, through the delivery of client projects
- Develops an awareness of Ipsos MedTech research solutions and how they would be utilized in client scenarios
- Attends, supports, and presents at client meetings Project responsibilities are assigned and closely managed by 1 consumer healthcare market research manager and 1 professional healthcare market research manager
Desired Skills And Experience
- About 3 years market research experience, preferably consumer healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical
- Previous experience in both qualitative AND quantitative project management skill will be advantageous Not afraid of multiple sources of data and complicated statistical methods, and relishes both tracking and ad-hoc research
- Decent interviewing experience with patients would be ideal. Exposure of interviewing with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, hospital’s procurement and managements, experts and KOLs of device and therapy, and media and trade will be additional advantage
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and data visualization, as well as written and spoken Chinese and English is a must
- Good at multi-tasking, being able to work in a fast-paced, deadline focused environment
- Academic background with strong preference to analytic programs (e.g. economics, engineering, business, marketing, sciences, healthcare, medical technology etc.)
