We are looking for an experienced APP Product Manager to join our APP team in Beijing. You will take ownership of the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, driving impactful user experiences across onboarding, funding, campaigns, and engagement features. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and a user-centric mindset to deliver high-quality products aligned with both business goals and local market needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of APP features, covering onboarding, funding, campaigns, communication, and core interactions.
- Translate business objectives and user insights into actionable product requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and drive continuous improvements.
- Align global product priorities with regional market needs.
- Maintain clear product documentation and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of product management experience, preferably in APP development and optimization.
- Strong understanding of APP core functions such as campaign management, segmentation, data management, and user experience.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-driven solutions.
- Skilled in drafting product requirements and managing feature delivery.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
