Senior Product Group Director – Head of PowerMOS

Mission of the Role:
Lead the global strategy, product lifecycle, and profit and loss for our Power MOSFET Product Group. Achieve outstanding growth in revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
  • Lead a global team of highly skilled colleagues
  • Define and execute go to market strategies
  • Operate with customers, partners and colleagues on a global level
  • Define and execute the global roadmap for Power MOSFET Portfolio to address AI, Electrification, Communication and Automation megatrends

2. P&L Ownership:
  • Manage global P&L for the Power MOSFET product group. Drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and market share gains.
  • Optimize R&D investments, CAPEX, OPEX, and resource allocation to maximize ROI.

3. Technology & Innovation:
Lead the product group to drive innovation, industrial optimization and long-term technology roadmaps

4. Commercial Excellence:
  • Work closely with Sales to increase market share globally
  • Drive pricing strategy, competitive analysis, and value-based selling in collaboration with Marketing.

5. Cross-Functional Leadership:
  • Align R&D (design, process engineering), Operations (wafer fab, Outsourcing suppliers), and Supply Chain to ensure on-time NPI and scalable production.
  • Mitigate semiconductor supply chain risks (e.g., fab capacity, raw materials).

6. Market Intelligence:
  • Monitor semiconductor industry trends (e.g., electrification, AI-driven power management). Translate insights into product strategy.
  • Acquire, maintain deep knowledge of competitors’ capabilities and lead the team to analytical conclusions

What you need
  • Education: MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Semiconductor Technology.
  • 15+ years in semiconductor product leadership , with 10+ years focused on Power MOSFETs or adjacent power devices (IGBTs, SiC, GaN).
  • Proven P&L management (>$200M) in a global semiconductor organization.
  • Deep technical expertise in MOSFET device physics, process technology (e.g., epitaxy, lithography), and applications (e.g., motor drives, DC-DC converters).
  • Industry Network: Established relationships with key semiconductor
suppliers (fabs, OSATs) and customers (automotive/industrial
OEMs).
  • Global team leadership across US, Europe, and Asia.
