ACCOUNTABILITY:
This Senior Manager, Additive Supply Chain will lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals across multiple locations within Asia Pacific region. This role is pivotal in driving efficiency, optimizing supply chain processes, and ensuring seamless operations. The manager will be responsible for team development, strategic planning, and collaboration with various stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
Key RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain professionals to foster a high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify training and development needs within the team and facilitate appropriate learning opportunities.
Supply Chain Strategy and Operations:
- Develop and implement regional supply chain strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Lead the regional business processes such as S&OP and S&OE etc.
- Oversee end to end supply activities such as procurement, logistics and distribution activities to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Drive continuous supply chain network optimization and risk management to ensure supply resiliency.
Performance Monitoring and Improvement:
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the supply chain team and operations.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as suppliers and key customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role with people responsibility.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Sound understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
- Experience in a regional or multi-location supply chain role.
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM).
