-THE POSITION-
- Provide support to School Service Manager in monitoring the day-to-day school services operations at the campus
- Supervision of help desk, campus entry, exit and security services
- Supervision of the subcontracted vendors to provide school service to all faculty and staff
- Acting Point of Contact when required
REPORT TO: School Services Manager dot line to the P.O.C. School Services Coordinator of the campus
-KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-
- Responsible for management of school van usage and daily scheduling, service quality as well as record the driver’s working hours and leave status.
- Responsible for School Events set up, furniture replacement help-desk requests
- Responsible for management assets and facilities such as furniture…
- Responsible for management of keys and locks throughout the school.
- Responsible for athletic activities, academic activities and all school set ups when required
- Responsible for greenery, cleaning and lost and found
- Responsible for security daily operation and compliance, guard house management, CCTV, and fire management
- Tracking of training and certifications,
- Perform other duties as assigned by the School Service Manager
- Back up of another team member as needed
-CORE QUALIFICATIONS-
- IT skills: Excel and Word
- University graduate
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and oral
- Ability to liaise effectively with internal and external school community.
- Excellent in communication and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize
- Ability to produce work to a consistently high standard, attention to detail, and take action immediately.
- Good common sense with excellent interpersonal skills, good team player
- Customer service orientated with experience preferred
- To have a friendly and approachable attitude to work.
- To be flexible and adaptable in working hours during peak times
- Is a self-motivated and a pro-active worker.
- Works well under pressure and to deadlines/targets.
