What you'll do:
- Engage with the latest BTP and Generative AI technologies, applying them to solve real-world business challenges
- Collaborate globally with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and test innovative solutions within the BTP ecosystem.
- Participate in ideation sessions and contribute to planning of new technology implementations.
What you bring:
We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Currently pursuing a Full-time master’s degree in computer science or a related field; knowledge and experience in Generative AI, machine learning, or data analytics would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with mainstream programming languages, such as Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Java.
- Structured and self-organized working style with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Team player who feels comfortable working in an international atmosphere.
- Curious, goal-oriented individual who is hands-on and ready to thrive in an agile environment, tackling short-cycle projects with academic partners and internal project stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Can work for 3-4 days a week for at least 6 months on site

SAP CTO Research & Innovation is researching and prototyping emerging technologies in enterprise software to accelerate innovation within SAP existing solutions, as well as deliver new innovative services beyond existing products. We shape the next generation of enterprise software by exploring new technologies with customers, partners, startups and academia, applying new technology via beta services to test adoption, and scaling innovative capabilities across SAP product portfolio.
