Role Description – summary
The Sales Support Manager will play a crucial role in the ROCS, focusing on Quotation management, Frame Agreement and Pricelist management. This position will also be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the sales team to ensure smooth sales. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a good understanding of the robotics industry.
Responsibilities:
Quotation Management:
Oversee the entire quotation process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of quotes to customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and finalize quotations.
Maintain and update quotation templates to reflect current product offerings and pricing strategies.
FA Management:
Manage and maintain FA processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any FA-related issues promptly.
Pricelist Management:
Update and maintain pricelists for robotics products, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
Monitor pricing trends and provide recommendations for pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
Process Optimization and Data Analysis
Identify inefficiencies in the quotation and sales support processes and propose solutions for improvement.
Analyze sales data and provide insights to support decision-making.

Bachelor’s degree, with related background is Preferred
