This role is primarily responsible for managing the entire sales order process, ensuring all operations comply with the company's quality management system and domestic, international regulatory standards. It provides efficient data and comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and laying a solid foundation for the company's business development.Key Responsibilities
Process domestic and international sales orders in strict compliance with the company's quality management system, including but not limited to regulations such as ISO 13485 and US FDA, as well as internal procedures QP700 and QO702.
Conduct sales contract(order) review, accurately and timely enter customer order information into the ERP system, issue production notifications and material requisition forms, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Communicate closely with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Product engineering departments to track order progress and ensure on-time, high-quality, and full-quantity delivery.
Prepare documentation required for customs clearance (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading), ensure compliance with customs requirements, and monitor shipment status to guarantee timely delivery to customers.
Handle customer requests for returns, exchanges, or rework, coordinate internal resources to complete the processes, and ensure compliance with quality regulations for reshipment to customers.
Maintain and regularly update sales data, prepare and analyze monthly sales reports to support sales decision-making.
Support the sales engineering team in customer communication and business development.
Other sales-related jobs as assigned by the manager.
