Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Establish and maintain the strong relationship with customers, ensure the goals of revenue, profitability and forecast accuracy;
- Drive dairy business in South of China, manage both directly and internally commercial aspects of assigned customers with accountability to meet sales targets and client needs;
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of dairy solutions and services according to customer needs and requirements;
- Identify, develop and evaluate new business opportunities at existing and new accounts, convert into new sales following business participation strategy in the assigned territory and market;
- Monitor industry trends, market potentials, top market player movements, competitive intelligence, and feed back to the team;
- Full implementation of business processes and sales tools on Forecasting, Pricing, Opportunities, Call Reports etc. by monthly basis;
- Work collaboratively with peers and management to ensure personal and company sales targets and performance measures are achieved and team-based culture fostered.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree and above, major in Food Science or relevant
- Sales, account or business management, or technical service experience in an international company
- Proven experience in managing distribution business and Key Accounts in China
- Knowledge of the dairy businesses is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data points and excellent presentation skills
- Ability to assimilate commercial and technical information fast
- Good interpersonal and communication abilities to strongly influence others internally and externally
- Competency in oral and written communication in English, good at communication
