Job Description
The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver meaningful sales forecasts and profitability analysis reports to the sales team, supporting fact-based business decisions through critical evaluations. This ensures decision-making is efficient, objective, and data-driven.
- Provide reporting support (e.g., sales forecasts) to end-users in sales, marketing, and production operations.
- Conduct sales forecasting, revenue analysis, and profitability assessments across regions, market segments, applications, and product lines.
- Perform comprehensive market share analysis covering all regions, segments, applications, and products.
- Execute ad-hoc and specialized analyses related to sales and marketing controls to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead cost center analysis for sales and marketing departments.
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Monitor accounts receivable performance and implement improvement measures.
- Track finished goods inventory levels and drive inventory optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to review and evaluate analytical reports.
- Provide pricing strategy and cost calculation recommendations to sales and marketing departments.
- Participate in refining corporate key performance indicators (KPIs) to align with business goals.
- Visualize KPIs and report data through interactive dashboards.
- Act as a risk coordinator for internal KPI monitoring related to "order-to-cash" and inventory management.
- Support the Internal Control System responsible colleague in completing compliance-related tasks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in BI tools and data analytics techniques.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and SAP systems.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to independently conduct complex analyses and deliver actionable insights.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing workflows is preferred.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Team-oriented mindset with resilience under pressure.
- Prior experience in managing small teams is a plus.
