1.To manage sales activities and eventsinline with the annual sales and marketing plan and to achieve/exceed budgetand sales strategy for your hotel.
2.Develops and maintains contact withbusiness generators, meeting and convention planners, visitors/conventionbureau, travel agents, tour operators, airlines, corporate accounts, GovernmentDepartments and other producers closely allied to Hotel business.
3.Monitors existing business and inputs intosales strategy meetings to maximize business .
4.Interfaces with operationson a timely basis.
5.Analyses sales mix andlikely impact on hotel goals.
1.Education : College degree or above
2.Age : 25-45 years old
3.Experience : 2 years or above in relevant position,with Xiamen tourist group is preferred
4.Ability requirements: Good computer skills, proficient in Chinese, and proficient in English
