DESCRIPTION
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing the sales operations function within the organization. Your expertise in sales processes, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration will contribute to enhancing the efficiency, accuracy, and overall effectiveness of the sales team. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive process improvements that align with sales goals and company objectives.
Key job responsibilities
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and trends to provide actionable insights for the sales team and senior management. Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making. Identify patterns and anomalies in sales data, translating findings into strategic recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including finance, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless communication and alignment of processes that impact sales operations. Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to address operational challenges and implement solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to gather feedback and insights to refine and optimize sales workflows.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Great interest in customer development and management.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in office software, Data analysis skills with experience by leveraging Excel/SQL/(Python-optional)
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure, prioritize workloads.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous working experience with sales operation in cross-border e-commerce logistics or traditional forwarder industry.
- 3+ years of experience in freight forwarder, cross-border logistics or import/export brokerage.
- Proficiency in creating dashboard, optimizing processes with related working experience.
