工作职责：
Design and develop retarder products to meet customer requirements, perform all design activities based on change request, generate design solutions, coordinate testing sources to finish DVP, make alignments both internally and externally.
Responsible for retarder parts localization, technical support on cost-down projects.
Technical interface to global engineering, support on global R&D projects.
Benchmarking of competitor products
Support on quality issues of supplier parts and assembly line
Support on failure analysis of service retarder
岗位要求：
Bachelor (or above) in Mechanical Engineering / Vehicle Engineering
5-10 years working experience in mechanical design, automotive engineering.
Working experience in passenger car / commercial vehicle is a plus
Familiar with casting part, forging, bearing design and development
Familiar with UG NX, teamcenter
Fluent English (working language)
