In this role, you have the opportunity to
Support the service and key market globally with parts repairable solution to reduce the service parts cost and inventory cycle time, which also contributes to secure our IB sockets and customers loyalty to continue choose Philips products.
You are responsible for
Responsible for repair of parts of different images systems, create and maintain corresponding working instructions for repair work.
Responsible for the accurate repair DHR, repair SAP data maintenance
Responsible for the repair tooling, equipment, test-fixtures planning and procurement to enable the repair activities
Interface with R&D engineers and Service Innovation engineers, Quality engineer in ECO, root cause analysis and Autopsy(CDR)
Responsible for repair quality and safety in the repair shop
Support the repair center manager in the repair center setup and repair technician team build up
Participate repair center setup and repair project review meeting, join discussion and understand repair plan and technical requirements.
Coordinate with Repair Planner, Repair Logistics, Logistics and warehouse for repair planning and provide technical suggestions
Support the repair vendor sourcing and certification manager with technical expertise
You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
• 5 years PCB, mechanical parts soldering, assembly experience.
• Electronic and electrical or mechanical equivalent background, Bachelor’s Degree with major in electronic and electrical or mechanical engineering is preferred
• Good analytical and problem solver skills.
• Good quality compliance awareness
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Familiar with and experienced in using various tooling, test fixtures, tools, instrument and meter to diagnosis and fix a parts problem.
• Good interpersonal communication and documentation skill
• Self-directed and motivated
• Fluent in English written and oral is a plus
• Medical industry experience is a plus
