职位简介 我们正在寻找一位有责任心、做事细致、乐于学习的运营与学生支持专员加入团队。此职位将兼顾日常行政支持、学生协调，以及轻量的内容创作工作。
工作内容 _ 负责学生报名、课程安排与日常支持 处理行政事务，如开具发票、收款及客户服务（如调课、请假） _ 更新和维护学生档案，协助追踪大学申请学生的进展 与学生和家长保持沟通，提供高效支持与跟进 _ 与教务及课程团队协调沟通，优化课程安排和教学流程 协助运营小红书与微信公众账号，每月更新一次内容 _ 每月创作一则简单的内容（如小红书贴文、学生故事分享、小视频）
职位要求 _ 精通英文与中文书写与沟通能力（需对接中国家长与学生）/ Bilingual in English and Chinese 具备良好的沟通能力与团队合作精神 _ 具备良好的时间管理与组织能力 做事认真负责，细心主动 _ 愿意学习和承担更多责任 如果具备一定的内容创作能力或兴趣者优先（如社媒运营、简单拍摄剪辑等，可提供培训）_

About Us Quintessential Education (QE) is Singapore’s leading provider of pre-tertiary enrichment programmes for international students from China. We specialise in tuition classes for IGCSE, IB, and A-level students, as well as university applications for Singapore, the US, and UK universities. We are a fast-growing business looking for a proactive and versatile individual to join our team.
PositionWe are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations & Student Support Executive to join us. This role combines administrative support with light content creation and student coordination duties. You’ll help keep the daily operations running smoothly while also supporting our students on their academic journey and contributing to occasional creative content.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate student enrolment, class scheduling, and academic support Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, payment collection, and customer queries Maintain and update student records and track progress for university application students Liaise with students and parents to ensure timely support and follow-up Collaborate with teaching and curriculum teams for operational planning Assist in managing and updating Xiaohongshu and WeChat (once per month) Create one content piece per month (e.g. social media post, simple vlog, or article) to showcase student stories, tips, or behind-the-scenes life at QE
Job Requirements Proficient in written and spoken Chinese (you will be working with Chinese-speaking clients) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Good organizational skills and time management Responsible, resourceful, and able to work independently Willing to take initiative and grow into a multi-functional role Creative eye for simple, engaging content is a plus (training provided if needed)
