DESCRIPTION
The reliability test support role will be on-site monitor and audit suppliers/CMs’ test execution.
- Travel to CM factories and component supplier sites.
- Reliability test protocol check at suppliers.
- On-site translating and clarifying test methodology to test operators.
- Audit test logs of operators at CMs, when needed.
- Test or equipment discrepancy check at supplier sites.
- Monitor the test execution at 3rd party lab when needed.
- Upload reliability test data to reliability test database.
- Train suppliers to enter data to reliability test database.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Basic Qualification
1. College or above required, EE,PD or reliability related education background
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience including one year lab experience.
3.Good at English reading/writing and basic oral English skill is preferred.
4.Good at Excel including macro and formulas.
5.Experienced in handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
6.Able to learn new technology with limited guidance
7. Able to adapt changes

1.Bachelor degree on mechanical, electrical and other engineering.
2.Minimum 5 years’ experience on hardware development or test.
3.Familiar with reliability test methodology and equipment.
4.Good at both verbal and writing in both English and Chinese.
5.Demonstrated experience to manage project reliability independently.
