A strong and self-motivated Business Analyst who will coordinate with EMEA / global teams for business analysis work on requirements from different Regulators (MiFID, EMIR, SFTR, ASIC, HKMA, MAS, etc.), and other business initiatives.

What you will be responsible for:
As BA for Regulatory Reporting you will:
- Examine regional/global regulatory requirements and determine business requirements.
- Participate in regional industry workgroups, and represent State Street to share the insight.
- Engage in State Street internal discussion of global regulatory reform (e.g. SFTR, CSDR), and analyze the impact and determine resolution.
- Partner with GMIT for global TR system implementation and IT deliverables management to build constructive relationship between business and IT.
- Lead EMEA & APAC regulatory audit remediation effort, and build and maintain regulatory traceability matrix
- Document all existing process within EMEA & APAC reg reporting team, and explore the opportunities to simplify and re-engineer the current reporting process

- Excellent oral and written English skills is a must
- Strong proficiency in strong critical thinking, problem solving and time management to manage and deliver against multiple, high-priority deadlines, and decision-making skills
- Regulatory reporting related process knowledge preferred
- Financial background is a plus
- Experience on IT development lifecycle is a plus
- Able to adopt flexible working schedule
- Has the strong ability of self-motivation and self-driving
Education & Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, majored in Finance, Economics or related field is preferred
- 1+ years of relevant working experience
- Excellent oral and written English skill
