Quality Inspector

Job Summary职位概述:

Mainly responsible for the inspection of finished products and semi-finished products produced by the company and raw materials provided by suppliers.   Judging whether the inspection results meet the requirements according to the standards established by the company, and filling in, sorting out, and archiving the inspection data.

主要负责公司生产的成品、半成品和供应商提供的原辅材料等的检验工作，依据公司制定的标准判定所检验结果是否符合要求，填写、整理并存档检验数据。

Essential Duties 基本职责:

• Be able to read the mechanical drawings, according to the product drawings, inspection instructions, and other relevant documents, with the corresponding inspection methods to inspect the product to ensure its correctness, and determine whether the product is qualified.   会看机械图纸，根据产品图纸、检验指导书等相关文件，用相应的检验方法对产品进行检验,确保其正确性，并判定产品是否合格。

• If unqualified products are found, they should be identified and isolated in time in strict accordance with the requirements of the non-conforming product process, and the relevant records of the unqualified products should be made to ensure that the inspection records are timely, true, and effective, and the archiving of the records. 发现不合格，严格按不合格品流程要求及时标识、隔离，做好不合格品相关记录，确保检验记录及时、真实、有效以及记录的存档工作。
• According to the product control requirements, the process audit of the production site, identify the non-conformities, supervise and coordinate the workshop to rectify, make corresponding records, and ensure the effective control of production process quality. 根据产品控制要求，对生产现场的工艺审核，识别出不符合项，督促、协调车间进行整改，做好相应的记录，确保产品过程质量的有效控制。
• Responsible for the 3S-related work in the region to ensure that the area is clean, orderly, and meets the requirements. 负责本区域的3S相关工作，确保区域的清洁、有序并满足要求。
• Actively complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders. 积极完成上级领导安排的其他工作任务。
• Perform other related duties as assigned.  完成分配的其他相关工作。

Education and Experience 教育和经验要求：

• High school degree or above (including technical secondary school and technical school).  高中及以上学历（含中专、技校）。
• I have more than 2 years of working experience in the mechanical industry, and more than 1-year working experience as an inspector. 2年以上机械行业工作经验，1年以上检验员工作经验。
• The door and window hardware industry is preferred. 门窗五金行业优先。

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 知识，技能和能力要求：

• Have good language skills and a sense of teamwork. 有较好的语言表达能力和团队协作意识。
• Will use Office office software. 会使用Office办公软件。
• Understand simple quality techniques, such as GB2828 sampling acceptance level, QC7 method, 8D, etc. 了解简单的质量手法，例如 GB2828抽样允收水准，QC7大手法，8D等。
