Your role:
Assistant current one document control administrator for below activities:
1. Print hard copy of WI, stamp, and distribute to the production line. (20 copies of WI per day)
2. Maintain the hard copy registration list, including when to distribute, withdraw, and dispose.
3. Daily check the temperature, relative humidity in the record retention room.
4. Registrant the DHR records which to be archived in the record retention room, maintain the document and record retrieval list for record retention room. (15DHR /Day, total 5K+ DHR need to be archived in the record retention room one year)

1.Bachelor's degree or above,

2. Majored in arts or business related

3. Fluent in oral and written English
