Your responsibilities:

- Participate in the establishment and continuous improvement of a quality management system procedure tailored for service, ensuring it aligns with standards and regulatory requirements.
- Define, implement, and closely monitor critical quality requirements and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive performance improvement, providing regular reports and analysis to inform decision-making.
- Plan and lead internal audits at service stations, actively participate in external audits, and assist in identifying and implementing corrective and preventive actions based on audit findings to address quality issues.
- Conduct in-depth measurement and analysis of the status of critical quality requirements and KPIs in service to identify areas for improvement and drive targeted actions.
- Identify problems, gaps, and opportunities for performance enhancement through data analysis and process review, proposing innovative solutions to address these issues.
- Facilitate the communication and feedback of quality information from technical services to the factory, ensuring effective implementation of improvement actions in the manufacturing process.
- Collect and analyze customer complaints and satisfaction survey data, making informed assignments and driving improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Provide and coordinate training programs for quality coordinators and key personnel within the network to enhance their skills related to quality issues, fostering a knowledgeable and capable workforce.
- Support to build the quality culture in service network.
- Identify, standardize, and drive the implementation of best practices across service stations to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Lead initiatives to enhance service excellence and customer focus within Service
- Contribute to the development of the Service & Service Excellence strategy in alignment with the company's overall objectives, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Support the deployment of growth initiatives, prioritizing customer needs and expectations to ensure successful implementation and positive business outcomes.
- Ensure efficient collaboration across internal interfaces with other functions within the company, fostering a cohesive and integrated approach to quality management and service delivery.
Your background:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years’ experience of technical or quality management.
- Familiar with tools of quality improvement and statistical technology.
- Knowledge in structure and theory of mechanical products.
- Fluent both in oral and written English.
- Good cooperation, communication skills and willingness to collaborate with different functions.
- Skills in different quality tools to lead projects for quality problem solving.
- Strong ability to find potential improving opportunities through data analysis, process audit and daily management activities.
- Good practical and theoretical ability in Lean Six Sigma, GB or BB certification would be a plus.
- Good change leadership, be unsatisfied with the current status and own the courage and skills to influence others, make change happen and achieve expected results.
