Our client a toys trading company is now looking for a high calibre for the following position:
QA / QC Manager (Factory / Compliance Audit)
Responsibilities:
Monitor and enforce the IP rights, including identifying and addressing potential infringements.
Responsible for company’s sample control.
Conduct factory audit to make sure vendors comply with IP regulations.
Proactively identify and resolve the potential IP infringements.
Follow up the findings of customer’s IP audit by CAPA.
Provide IP training to employees to increase their awareness and understanding of IP rules.
Maintain accurate and organized records of IP assets and related documents.
Requirements:
Degree holder in quality management or related disciplines.
At least 5 years’ experience in Factory audit, Compliance, QA/ QC preferably in managerial position for 2 - 3 years.
Strong compliance concept and able to implement the required regulations.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-minded with strong judgement.
Proficient in MS Office.
Willing to daily travel to ShenZhen office (near LoWu)
