Responsibilities
Collaborate with front office users to understand requirements and propose new solutions
Develop analytics and optimization tools leveraging the capabilities of the ACQA platform
Mastering complex business domains
Collaborating within the high-performing, delivery-focused ACQA Business Solutions team
Working closely with library quants and the risk engine team to deliver solutions that matter
Skills
Must have
7-8 years of working experience
Strong academic background in a quantitative field (computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering, etc)
Proficiency in functional & object-oriented programming, especially Python
Experience in full stack development, including frontend webapps and backend services
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you like to figure out how things work
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the desire to work together with stakeholders
Familiarity with Investment Banking, FinTech, or Financial Markets
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Software engineering background
Nice to have
Creating innovative analytics to solve business problems with statistics and ML
Understanding mathematical models for derivatives products
