In this role the successful candidate will be part of a world-class engineering and operations team, contributing to product development, product qualification and production ramp for the next generation of optical transceivers.

We serve global clients in telecom and datacom industries in providing innovative optical modules and subsystems to support our customers' next generation networks.
What You Will Do
- Responsible for the planning and successful execution of various projects and programs for high growth Enterprise and hyperscale datacenter and AI/ML related products.
- Component-level qualification for key electrical and optical components (e.g. Lasers).
- Ensures compliance to OSBU's NPD process for transceiver development, mini-NPD process for component (e.g. laser) qualification, and other relevant quality policies.
- Shared responsibility with the Design Engineering leader (s) to prepare program plans, resource plans, risk management plans, budgets, cost model and manufacturing strategy.
- Prepare and present phase-gate reviews for various programs/projects.
- Tracking and reporting of key program metrics
- Host regular project meetings
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering/science & 5+ yrs industry experience.
- At least 4 years' experience in Program/Project Management or hardware product development
- Experience with project management tools and Agile.
- Ability to find a path forward in the face of ambiguity.
- Adept at leading through influence, strong negotiation skills and an ability form collaborative working relationships.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience with Electro-Optical products such as Transceivers, AOC, AEC, DAC.
- Experience with hardware or Firmware development as a designer or program manager.
- Experience with Quality and Reliability of electronic and optical products
