The candidate is required to report to Manager and provide profession advice to client in the aspect of property managementof the firm’s managed buildings.

Job Responsibilities :

• Administer a property portfolio of commercial residential buildings
• Work closely with the building-in-charge to ensure the quality of service delivered to our clients and tenants
• Act as the company’s representative to deal with the enquires of the client and tenants

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline
• At least 2 years' relevant experience in property management
• Excellent client servicing skill and ability to handle clients and tenants independently
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong in report writing
• Familiar with DMC, BMO and tenancy management
• Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc
