Principal Responsibilities:
•Preparation for trial production of YZ phase II, including cold commissioning and hot commissioning
•Trial production operation of YZ phase II
•Formal production operation of YZ phase II
•Production operations at YZ factory
• Operate various chemical processing equipment such as reactors, mixers, distillation columns, and pumps according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
• Fulfill HSE-S responsibilities in accordance with the HSE-S Responsibility Commitment Letter
• Comply with the company's policies and disciplinary requirements;
• Actively participate in safety, quality, and efficiency related training organized by the company at all levels, and effectively apply the knowledge learned to work
• In the workplace, according to company requirements, wear personal protective equipment and ensure proper labor protection
• Master the ability to read and understand production work orders and related report requirements, and correctly fill in records
• Master the job skills of accurate weighing, clear identification, correct distribution, and inventory control of raw materials according to needs and arrangements,
• Familiar with all processes of liquid and solid chemical production, proficient in label posting or replacement procedures, complete production feeding (solid/liquid), production equipment operation, sample sampling and delivery, as well as the skills required for each process of product canning, packaging, and production equipment cleaning according to SOP and WI process guidelines
• Carry out first and second level maintenance of production equipment, conduct equipment inspections before production, do not operate illegally during the production process, and pay attention to the safety of oneself and others
• Carry out 5S work in the workplace every time the work is completed.
• Provide suggestions and share operational experience for production process adjustments
• Provide support for training new employees
• Participate in the development or updating of production related documents such as safety operating procedures;
• Other matters assigned by the company and superiors
Required Skills:
• College degree or above, chemistry major is preferred is preferred
• 4+ years of related experience required
• Able to receive external training on forklifts and obtain certification
