Production Supervisor

• 1.Reduce costs, organize safety training, conduct regular safety inspections, and eliminate safety hazards; Review security incidents to prevent recurrence;
• 2. Promote continuous improvement, reduce labor intensity, and improve work efficiency;
• 3. Team building, personnel management, stabilizing the workforce, improving employee morale, strengthening the construction of team culture and rules, promoting the characteristics of the industry and processes in a positive manner;
• 4. Organize all employees to ensure quality and quantity, complete production tasks on time, be responsible for achieving quotas for each unit in the region, supervise and provide necessary support to operators, and allocate manpower to start production according to the standard personnel arrangement;
• 5. Has the authority to stop and restart the production or deliveries of products/services which could provoke customer dissatisfaction for the night shift on
• Behalf of quality manager;
• 6. Control and coordinate the attendance and overtime hours of all teams to ensure compliance with planned personnel requirements and attendance management requirements.
• 7. Monitor the occurrence of abnormal problems in the production of each team, manage non-conforming products, and execute the shutdown upgrade process
• 8. Responsible for convening and attending various meetings, such as pre shift meetings CCC、 Shift handover ACC、PCC etc.

• 1.College degree or above in Automation or Mechatronics
2.
• 5 years of production management experience
• 3.6sigma, IATF16949,TPM,TQM, Lean knowledge such as the seven major wastes
• 4.Good English listening, reading, and writing skills
