•Production operations at YZ factory
• Operate various chemical processing equipment such as reactors, mixers, distillation columns, and pumps according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
• Fulfill HSE-S responsibilities in accordance with the HSE-S Responsibility Commitment Letter
• Comply with the company's policies and disciplinary requirements;
• Actively participate in safety, quality, and efficiency related training organized by the company at all levels, and effectively apply the knowledge learned to work
•Check and confirm the normal operation of safety and environmental protection facilities related to production operations, and provide timely feedback on any abnormal situations;
•In the workplace, according to company requirements, wear personal protective equipment, provide labor protection, and inspect the wearing of PPE in various production positions;
•Carefully and correctly fill in various forms during the production process, and be responsible for sampling and collecting forms for accuracy;
•Participate in the entire production process of all liquids or solids in the Yangzhou factory, and adjust production division of labor according to actual needs;
•Conduct material weighing operations according to work needs, familiarize and master the process of material weighing operations and their application, and be familiar with the use of feeding tools and operating systems;
•Conduct feeding operations according to work needs, familiarize oneself with the feeding process of liquid and solid chemicals and their application, and master the operation of production equipment and operating systems;
• Carry out packaging and washing operations as needed, familiarize oneself with the packaging and washing process and apply it, and master the operation of production equipment and operating systems;
•Start and stop public works as needed and proficiently operate them;
•Reasonably arrange daily production plans, promptly follow up on abnormal situations, coordinate on-site operations reasonably, and complete daily production plans;
• During and after the homework process, carry out 5S work in the workplace and 5S inspection work for the homework personnel;
•Familiar with MES system and on-site feeding and packaging cabinet PLC logic, and proficient in operation;
• Conduct equipment inspections before production, avoid illegal operations during the production process, pay attention to personal and others' safety, and issue production prevention maintenance and repair work orders;
• Follow up on the rectification and archiving of daily safety inspection items in production; Follow up on the implementation, process, and participation evaluation of monthly emergency drills in the production department;
• Participate in the development or updating of production related documents such as safety operating procedures; Provide support for training new employees;
•Able to receive external training on forklifts and obtain certification;
•Other matters assigned by the company and superiors.
Required Skills:
• College degree or above, chemistry major is preferred is preferred
