Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

As a Production Security Consultant, you will manage and optimize security solutions, ensuring operational performance and compliance with internal security policies. Your role involves proactive monitoring, configuration of security tools, and collaboration with IT teams to maintain a high level of protection and incident response capabilities.
Your missions
Manage local IT Security platforms such as DLP and Anti-Malware browsing tools
Configure, maintain, and ensure operational readiness of security solutions
Perform vulnerability assessments, access management, and handle security alerts
Check compliance with internal cybersecurity standards and escalate deviations
Contribute to the design of new operational security solutions
Collaborate with security officers and IT production teams to ensure implementation of security policies
Monitor security training activities and create supporting documentation
Coordinate IT incidents within scope and ensure corrective actions are implemented
Analyze and resolve anomalies in operational security applications
Ensure availability, upgrade management, and consistency of tools within your scope
Automate processes and collect data to improve security solution performance
Support audits and operational permanent controls in collaboration with stakeholders
Contribute to the continuous improvement of security practices and awareness
Your profile
Experience in IT production, IT risk, or cybersecurity operations
Familiarity with enterprise security tools such as Symantec DLP or McAfee Advanced Threat Defense
Academic background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
Analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
You are autonomous, structured, and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
