Job Purpose
- Full compliance with AkzoNobel company policies and business principles and compliance with all factory rules and regulations, zero accident.

- Operate machinery and production equipment to manufacture, process or produce the required output and record the data properly.
操作机器和生产设备，制造、加工或生产所需产出，并正确的完成数据记录。
- Understand process requirements and operate in accordance with them, monitor product quality during production and continuously improve.
理解工艺要求并按照工艺要求进行操作，监督生产过程中产品质量，并持续改进。
- Responsible for 5S work and equipment spot check in work area.
负责工作区域的5S工作和设备点检。
Key Accountabilities

- Operate machinery and production equipment to manufacture, process or produce the required output and record the data properly. 操作机器和生产设备，制造、加工或生产所需产出，并正确的完成数据记录。
- Understand all information which listed on the batch ticket, and absolutely follow up the team leader or production supervisor actual daily working arrangement, act as team worker with team spirits and help each other’s on the daily work.理解工单所列的信息，服从组长或主管的日常工作安排，团队中相互协作。
- Be responsible for the 5S of working area, To ensure that housekeeping standards are maintained at the highest level. 负责工作区域的5S管理，确保清洁标准保持在高水平。
- Response to daily check the tools and equipment, To ensure that tools and equipment are in good condition and available.负责工具设备的点检，确保工具设备完好可用。
- Report the abnormalities found in the work in time. 及时汇报工作中发现的异常。
