PLANNING AND WAREHOUSE MANAGER
Responsibilities
- Develop Production Plans:
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual production plans based on sales orders and market demands, specifying production tasks and schedules.
- Coordinate the needs of the production department with other departments (such as procurement, sales, and logistics) to ensure the feasibility of production plans.
- Optimize Production Schedules:
- Analyze production processes and equipment capabilities to reasonably arrange production sequences and batches, thereby improving production efficiency.
- Regularly adjust production plans to address changes in market demand, equipment failures, or raw material supply issues.
- Evaluate the production capacity of equipment and develop capacity enhancement plans to meet production needs.
- Inventory Counting:
- Conduct a spot check of inventory once a week, focusing on high-value and perishable items to ensure that inventory records match the physical stock.
- Perform a comprehensive inventory count during the last week of each month to verify the quantity, specifications, and condition of the stock, address any discrepancies, and update the inventory management system.
- Monitor Inventory Levels:
- Supervise the daily management of inventory to ensure accurate quantities and consistency between records and physical stock.
- Analyze key indicators such as inventory turnover rate, optimize inventory structure, and reduce inventory costs.
- Safety Policies and Enforcement:
- Develop and improve warehouse safety management systems to ensure strict compliance by employees.
- Regularly organize safety training and drills to enhance employees' safety awareness and emergency response capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, mechanical or related majors are preferred;
- 10 years working experience in planning;
- With basic production planning knowledge, familiar with production plan and OTD process;
- Strong ability of communication, coordination and execution;
- Familiar with SAP system and various office software.
