Job Summary:
Responsible for the overall administration and operations of the Department. To maximize profit, maintain food/ beverage/service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
To ensure the guest service levels are in line with food and beverage brand standards.
Essential Requirements:
Must have a full and comprehensive working knowledge of all areas within the Food and Beverage Division
Minimum 3 years as any managerial position at F&B
Business qualified PC literacy, especially Microsoft Office Tools, Word, Excel PowerPoint, Outlook
Business qualified language proficiency in Japanese and English
Sommelier Qual
Restaurant Skills Certification
Flexible with the changes and proactively take an action in consolidating new promotions.

Overtime allowanceOvertime allowance shall be based on actual overtime hours
BonusDetermination of the payment of bonus shall be based on the business performance of SLTY, the Shangri-La Group and individual performance of the Employee.
Transportation fareActual public transportation fare required to report at the office and to return back home shall be paid (Maximum JPY 30,000.-).
