职位职责

1、接受喷漆工艺的培训，发动机底材处理，捞渣机使用。

2、参与班前流程改进对话，积极提出生产中发现的问题和建议, 认真听取组长的各项要求。

3、严格执行岗位PPE的穿戴规定，严格遵守各项安全规定避免安全伤害事故的发生。

4、努力发现生产过程中存在的问题和风险，积极提交持续改进建议卡。

5、按时完成工厂、部门、班组的三级培训，3月内自主完成CMLS上必须完成的课件

6、严格执行标准化工作流程及其他各项质量管理规定，避免质量缺陷的发生。

7、严格按照计划实施生产、努力提高工作效率。

8、遵循“停产整顿”的要求,正确使用Andon信号向组长寻求支援。

9、按要求完成5S和TPM (全面生产力维护) 工作。

10、积极关注成本节约，努力消除工作中的各项浪费。

11、严格执行公司的其他各项规章制度, 及时完成主管或领班安排的其他工作。

职位要求

1、为人正直，良好的人际沟通能力，强烈的责任心和团队精神

2、中学及以上教育背景

3、具备良好的安全和质量意识, 严格按规定和流程操作

4、具备良好的5S和TPM (全员生产维护) 理念

5、有喷漆经验1年以上者尤佳。

6、适应倒班和生产加班。
