We are looking for the Operator Assembling for performing daily operation work, assembling and test valves, find quality problems and packaging operations in the work and timely feedback, cooperate with the production activities of each production line. The role will coordinate with partners and production operation teams to engage, understand and initiate the production works. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Align with the safety requirements of the company, wear safety protective equipment and safe operation equipment according to regulations.
- Align with all kinds of company rules and workshop field, actively agree with the line leader and supervisor arrangement.
- Follow the SOP to complete tasks with quality and quantity as planned.
- Daily inspection and management of post tools and fixture, maintenance of equipment.
- Able to work according to the work instructions, have the awareness and keep records to the production.
- Stay in sync with the company's safety rules and regulations and have safety awareness.
- Complete the production plan tasks and production indicators issued by the department and cooperate with the team.
- Report equipment failure, safety problems and quality problems in time.
- Complete other work assigned by outstanding.
- Responsible for job safety, production efficiency, quality and 5S.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- High school/secondary school education or above, major is not limited.
- More than 1 year of relevant working experience in related position, experience in mechanical products or valve assembly is preferred.
- Have team spirit; Self-motivated, careful, strong sense of responsibility.
- Learn quickly, self-driven, positive working demeanor.
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative and team oriented environment as well as independently.
