The Position

1. 协助运用tableau建立数据分析与目视化工具

2. 协助以英语准备会议资料以及撰写会议记录等文书工作

3. 协助文件中英文翻译

4. 信息收集与整理，文件分类及整理

5. 项目跟进及追踪

6. 协助部门行政活动的组织

7. 部门其他工作的执行

能力与经验要求：

（1）在读学生，本科及以上学历，医药相关专业

（2）拥有良好的沟通能力、学习能力、执行能力、抗压能力以及团队合作精神

  (3)  熟练运用tableau 软件

（4）熟练运用Excel、PPT、Word等办公应用软件

（5）大学英语6级以上
