We are looking for a highly driven Online Campaign Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize online events that drive brand awareness, user engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate has strong event strategy skills, hands-on execution experience, and the ability to translate business goals into impactful event campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop annual and quarterly online event strategies and calendars aligned with brand positioning and business objectives (awareness, lead generation, activation, conversion).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and propose innovative event themes and formats.
- Independently create event proposals, including objectives, target audience, agenda design, channels, budget, and ROI evaluation.
- Collaborate with content, product, and sales teams to design engaging topics and interactive formats (e.g., quizzes, polls, raffles, live chat).
- Manage end-to-end event execution, including guest speaker coordination, creative assets, platform setup, promotion, live operations, and risk management.
- Drive event promotion through multi-channel campaigns (social media, email marketing, communities, partnerships).
- Track key metrics (registrations, attendance, engagement, conversions, retention) and deliver post-event reports with actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in online event planning and execution.
- Strong planning, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze event performance and optimize accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online event/streaming platforms (Zoom, Tencent Meeting, DingTalk, etc.).
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience in Fintech, Gaming or Live Streaming is preferred..
